Design
DeAngelis Iron Work serves as a valued consultant to designers, engineers and landscape architects, providing the support needed to win and manage key contracts. Our personnel can provide guidance and direction on all aspects of ornamental metal work including materials, finishes, design and cost projections.
DeAngelis Iron Work also offers planning services directly to its clients. The company discusses potential designs with customers and can also provide detailed drawings and prototypes prior to building and installing finished products.
Fabrication
Strong design and specification capabilities, coupled with modern fabricating equipment, enable DeAngelis Iron Work to maintain the highest standards in steel fabrication. From a simple handrail to the historic restoration of an ornamental gate, each project is characterized by top quality workmanship.
Although DeAngelis is best known for its ornamental metal work, the firm also fabricates and erects select projects involving structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
Restoration
Today, much of the magnificent early 1900's iron work found at universities, parks, libraries, and other institutions has fallen into disrepair. DeAngelis Iron Work has long been an industry leader in the restoration of ornamental iron.
When contracted to perform restoration work, the company becomes intimately involved in every phase of the operation. DeAngelis professionals work closely with property owners, architects and local historians from initial inspection through final installation. The result is historically accurate, fully restored iron work that helps revitalize our public treasures. |
